Among them, there are about 40 designers and 100 middle and high class technical personnel specializing in moulds and designing. 50 personnel master in operating on CNC and EDM. We own 12 sets of CNC machining tools, 6 sets of EDM forming machines, 6 sets of wire cutting machines, 5 sets of rocker arm drilling machines, 16 sets of mould processing and trial equipment and 28 computers and so on. A CAD/CAM/CAE integrated flow system has been established for the whole process of design and manufacture of moulds, which has greatly improved precision of moulds and shortened the manufacturing cycle of moulds. Moreover, DELL-MITE flexible coordinating measuring machines from USA are adopted to ensure reversal design of moulds and manufacturing quality.In the last few years, our factory has designed and made hundreds sets of moulds for several automobile components factories, including Dongfeng of Erqi Motors, Shanghai Volkswagen, Changhe Automobiles, Shuanhuan Automobiles, Aurora Automobiles and Futian of Beiqi Automobiles, etc.Our factory has passed ISO9001:2000 quality certification.
